Gabe Ireland

Gabe got his start in real estate helping people find housing that actually worked for them. What began as a focus on affordable, low-cost room rentals — especially as more people struggled to find something they could afford — grew into something bigger once he moved into real estate investing around 2020.

Along the way, he kept running into sellers stuck in situations most agents weren't built to handle: probate, divorce, homes that needed more repairs than an owner could take on, and other circumstances where a home needed to sell fast without a maze of buyer contingencies. These sellers didn't want to deal with picky buyers or drawn-out negotiations — they wanted a clean, simple, guaranteed offer.

That gap is exactly why West Sound Buyers exists: to give sellers and buyers a straightforward alternative to the traditional market, built around certainty instead of chaos.

Melissa has been by Gabe's side since the very beginning, working hand-in-hand to build West Sound Buyers into what it is today. While Gabe focused on the investing and acquisitions side of the business, Melissa focused on the people — making sure every seller who came to West Sound felt heard, supported, and taken care of, especially those navigating hard situations like probate, divorce, or a home that had simply become too much to manage.

Together, the two of them built West Sound around a simple idea: selling a home shouldn't add more stress to an already difficult moment.

Melissa continues to help lead that mission today, making sure every seller gets the same clean, guaranteed offer and the same level of care the company was built on.
