3. How We Share Your Information

We may sell, license, or share your contact and property information with third-party real estate investors, wholesalers, assignees, and cash buyers for the purpose of facilitating a potential property sale, marketing similar services to you, or completing a transaction assignment. By submitting your information, you consent to this sharing.

We may also share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., Go High Level, Twilio, hosting providers, email/SMS marketing platforms)
  • Title companies, escrow agents, and closing attorneys, if a transaction proceeds
  • Legal or governmental authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets
SMS/Text Messaging Data: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes. This means your phone number and SMS opt-in status collected for texting purposes will not itself be sold to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use, separate from the property-sale-related sharing described above. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text communications.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the website. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

  • Emails: Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us directly.

  • Access/Deletion Requests: You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, except where we are required to retain information for legal, contractual, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed transaction records).

Please note that opting out of communications does not retroactively affect information already shared with third-party investors/buyers prior to your opt-out request.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.

9. Washington Residents

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable Washington State law. We do not currently anticipate collecting information from California residents; if that changes, this Policy will be updated to reflect applicable disclosures (e.g., under the CCPA/CPRA).
